Our goal is to support executive staff in their development to becoming resilient management characters, which in this context translates into entrepreneurial thinking and acting. In this sense, being resilient is the ability to act confidently and appropriately towards clearly defined targets in a wide range of challenging situations and contexts.
Resilient managers capitalise on initiative, performance motivation, autonomy, assertiveness, realism, cooperation, creativity, endurance, emotional stability, decisiveness, solution-based decision-making, empathy and the ability to deal with uncertainty.
We provide targeted coaching and training on three levels: Action, which covers day-to-day "management skills" (management tools), Organisation, which consists of adaptable entrepreneurial self-management, and Principle, which centres around the creation of an understanding of management, focussing less on transactional leadership and more on transformational leadership.
In our coaching and training courses, executives deal either with concrete situations from their own working environment or are integrated into complex scenarios that demand and develop the skills listed above. Additionally, our system of training designed to improve cooperation and communication between various levels of management and/or company divisions is progressing extremely well.
